2026 Winter Class Schedule

Class 1 (On Zoom with Recording)

Tuesday @ 9:30 to 10:30 am
	Dates	January 13 to April 21(no classes February 10, February 17, and April 7)
	Weeks	12
	Location	Live Stream (Link will be emailed)
	Level	Level 1 and 2
	Price	$150 (will include an in-person class and a video recording which may be accessed for one week)

Class 2 (In-Person with a video recording)

Tuesday @ 6:30 to 7:30 pm
	Dates	January 13 to April 21(no classes February 10, February 17, and April 7)
	Weeks	12
	Location	Living Spirit Centre - 3018 Doan Drive, Regina
	Level	Level 1 / Level 2
	Price	$162 (will include an in-person class and a video recording which may be accessed for one week)

Class 3 (In person) .

Wednesday @ Noon to 1pm
	Dates	January 14 to April 22(no classes February 11, FEb. 18, and April 8)
	Weeks	12
	Location	Living Spirit Centre - 3018 Doan Drive, Regina
	Level	Gentle and Level 1
	Price	$150 (there will not be a video recording of this class.You may request to receive the video of the Tuesday morning Level 1/2 class. If requesting the video, the fee will be $162 which includes both class and video.)
